Client Relationship Associate
Apryl List utilizes her extensive people skills as Davis Financial Management’s Client Relationship Associate. Apryl understands the importance of effective, timely communication and “getting things done” in a spirit of excellence for the benefit of our clients. Having been a stay-at-home homeschooling mom of four for over seven years, Apryl brought her talents to a large family law firm, providing much needed practice management support. Previously, she applied her skillset to the office management needs of a statewide private health club. Driven by an interest in the financial care of others, Apryl secured her Life & Health insurance license for the state of CA.
Apryl has gained valuable experience and developed skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, teaching, managerial and administrative abilities. She has a huge heart for people and brings an attentiveness to our clients’ needs and concerns, making them feel like family.
Born and raised in sunny CA, Apryl loves Jesus, being active in the outdoors, music and singing, portrait drawing, lazy rainy days with a good book or movie, and spending lots of time quality time with her friends and family.

Connie Bratcher is Davis Financial Management’s Client Relationship Assistant and office management extraordinaire. She assists clients with account access and related functions, trouble shooting, problem solving, and more. Her goal is to ensure client relations and communications are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
She joined the firm in 2008, bringing over 17 years of working experience with top level executives in Silicon Valley and working in the venture capital world. Her experience includes positions with many visible companies such as Intel, Apple, NEC, and Netscape.
Connie is a native Californian who has lived in the Bay area most of her life. She is a student of music, a proud mother of two sons, an even prouder grandmother, and an avid Bay Area Sports fan. Go Warriors. Go Giants.
Client Relationship Associate
Chelsie Roby utilizes her extensive people skills as Davis Financial Management’s Client Relationship Associate. After graduating from Long Beach State with a B.S. in Communication Studies, Chelsie gained valuable experience as an office manager and executive assistant, which led to an opportunity to shape young minds as a teacher in a private school for 12 years. Most recently Chelsie served as a high-level private client advisor for a national personal style company. She has had experience in special marketing teams and as a social media manager. She is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic and patience.
Chelsie is from San Jose where she lives with her husband, two sons, and one very large grocery bill. In her free time she loves decorating for any holiday and planning get-togethers with friends and family. She enjoys movies, reading, and watching her kids play sports.

Curt is the founder and president of Davis Financial Management. Curt’s focus on helping others came early in his career. Upon securing a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island, Curt began his career over 30 years ago with an established Wall Street firm where he was promoted and served as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the San Jose, California office. During this time, he received his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and earned the CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® designation from the American College’s Huebner School.
Desiring a greater emphasis to serve his clients’ personal finances, he made the decision to establish Davis Financial Management in 1999. The focus is on independent thinking and instituting a holistic approach to addressing his clients’ financial needs.
Curt has served as an industry consultant to money managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, and software companies. Throughout the year, he conducts seminars for local groups and organizations as a community outreach. He also maintains a growing clientele with members of a local credit union, serving as their financial advisor.
On a personal note, Curt enjoys spending time with his family, travel, reading, road cycling, playing the trombone, and being active in church activities. Curt and his family reside in San Jose, California.
